- 1 Mile FAST Sprint - ETA: 7 Minutes or less [treadmill settings = 8.5]
- 50 Push Ups Straight (Or as many as you can do) - ETA 3 minutes MAX
- 30 Hanging Leg Raise Split - ETA: 3 Min - Split them up this way:
- 2 Mile Cycle (Level 10 or greater) - ETA 10 min
